Terms of Service

ApprovedCanada.ca is not a bank, lender, credit broker, or financial institution. We do not make lending or credit decisions. The Site allows you to submit information about the vehicle financing you are looking for so that we can connect you with dealer and financing partners in our network who may be able to help.

Using the Site, submitting an application, or being contacted by a partner in our network does not guarantee that you will be approved for financing, and does not guarantee any particular interest rate, term, down payment, or other condition. Any financing decision, and all of its terms, are made solely by the dealer or lender you ultimately work with, not by ApprovedCanada.ca.

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, and legally able to enter into a financing agreement, to use the Site or submit an application. By submitting an application, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Site, including on the application form, and to update it if it changes. Dealer and financing partners rely on this information to evaluate your request, and inaccurate information may delay or prevent you from being matched with a suitable partner.

By submitting an application, you consent to being contacted by ApprovedCanada.ca and the dealer and financing partners in our network, by phone, text message, and/or email, regarding vehicle financing options, using the contact information you provided.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Submit an application on behalf of someone else without their knowledge and consent
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, or similar tools) to submit applications or extract data from the Site
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to refuse service, decline to forward an application, or restrict access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

Dealer and financing partners in our network are independent businesses. ApprovedCanada.ca does not control, and is not responsible for, their conduct, the accuracy of their representations, the terms they offer, or the outcome of any financing application or vehicle purchase. Any agreement you enter into with a dealer or lender is solely between you and that party, and you should carefully review all financing and purchase terms before signing anything.

The Site and the matching service it provides are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any application will result in a match with a partner or in financing approval on any particular terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApprovedCanada.ca and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your application, or your dealings with any dealer or financing partner, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Site, including its text, design, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to ApprovedCanada.ca and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from the Site without our permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
